Digital Product

All courses sold by Technically Forward are digital products delivered through our Kajabi platform. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with instructions to access your course. Access is granted immediately after purchase.

Access Duration

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, you will receive lifetime access to any course you purchase. Technically Forward reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue course content at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

Device Access

Refund Processing

Buy Now Pay Later Refunds

Non-Refundable Situations

You may not create multiple accounts for the same course. Each course purchase provides access for one individual user only. Sharing account credentials with others is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination without refund.

Our HVAC Career Fit Assessment hosted on Typeform is provided as a free educational tool. The scored results are generated by automated logic and are intended solely to provide general guidance about career fit. Assessment results are not a guarantee of career success or suitability.

By completing the assessment you consent to the collection of your quiz responses as described in our Privacy Policy. If you provide your email address during the assessment, you consent to receiving follow-up communications from Technically Forward.

11. Limitation of Liability
